退货政策

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Milky Life are Final Sale.

Discounted, promotional, and sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds due to change of mind.

2. Order Holding

After placing an order, we can hold your items in-store for up to 1 month for pickup.

Please make sure to collect your order within this period.

3. In-Store Pickup

If you choose to pick up your order in-store, please carefully inspect your items for any defects or damage before leaving the store.

Once the item has left the store, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for defects, damage, or personal preference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items During Delivery / Shipping

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect upon delivery or shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately after opening the package.

Milky Life provides an exchange service within 7 days for products confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective.

Please provide photos or videos of the item and packaging when contacting us so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

5. Store Credit for Non-Quality-Related Returns

If a return is requested for reasons other than a product quality issue, the item can only be exchanged for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.

The item must be returned in its original condition and may be subject to inspection before store credit is issued.

6. Damage or Issues After Pickup / Opening

Once an item has been picked up or opened and has been used normally, Milky Life does not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for issues that occur afterward due to improper use, accidents, external damage, or other reasons unrelated to an existing product defect.

Please inspect your item carefully upon pickup or immediately after opening your package.

Thank you for your understanding and support of Milky Life. ❤️

By placing an order with Milky Life, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
